How long are engagements?

Most partnerships run on a monthly retainer with no fixed lock-in period. We work in 30-day cycles with a review at the end of each month. That said, the model is built for compounding. The results get meaningfully better between month two and month four as the foundation matures. Clients who stay see that. Clients who leave after 30 days rarely do.

What happens during onboarding?

The first two weeks are diagnosis, not execution.
